Wisconsin Builders Foundation Board of Trustees appoints Oliver Debe, of Realistic Builders, as President

Racine, WI – (June 25, 2026) – The Wisconsin Builders Foundation Board of Trustees appoints Oliver Debe, Vice President of Realistic Builders as President.

Oliver serves as a director on the Lakeland Builders Association Board of Directors. He volunteers with the Small Business Big Hearts non-profit organization in Kenosha, Gateway Technical College’s Youth Apprenticeship Consortium Steering Committee and Business Program Advisory Board, Elkhorn Area School District’s Engage Walworth County Steering Committee, Racine Unified School District’s Academies of Racine Construction Pathway Program Advisory Board, the Build My Future SE Wisconsin Planning Committee, and the Racine Kenosha Builders Association’s Scholarship Committee. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and a Master of Education in College Student Development degree from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
