Founded in 1980, Realistic Builders has served and provided southeastern Wisconsin with custom homes, additions, and remodel projects. No two projects are alike. As a second generation and family owned company, Realistic Builders strives to be a leading custom home builder and general contractor in Kenosha, Racine, and Walworth Counties.
Adam Billingsley serves as President of Realistic Builders. Adam is passionate about the custom home building industry in southeastern Wisconsin and providing exceptional customer service and ensuring each project and home are no two alike. His focus and attention to detail for each customer is at the core of what makes Realistic Builders different from other home builders in the area. Adam also serves as the current President of the Racine Kenosha Builders Association with focus to expand the association’s mission and programming initiatives to enhance the experience of its members in Kenosha and Racine counties. Adam serves as an advisory board member for Building Trades Carpentry Program at Gateway Technical College and the Young Professionals Committee for the National Association of Home Builders in Washington D.C. Adam is an alumnus of Gateway Technical College in Racine, Wisconsin.
Oliver Debe serves as the Vice President of Marketing, Finance, & Operations of Realistic Builders. Oliver’s responsibilities include overseeing the company’s finances, internal operations, and marketing initiatives. He also serves as the liaison with industry and educational partners, including the Racine Kenosha Builders Association, Lakeland Builders Association, Gateway Technical College, and K-12 school districts in southeastern Wisconsin. Oliver serves as a trustee on the Wisconsin Builders Foundation Board of Trustees and as a director on the Lakeland Builders Association Board of Directors. He volunteers with Gateway Technical College’s Youth Apprenticeship Consortium Steering Committee, Elkhorn Area School District’s Engage Walworth County Steering Committee, Racine Unified School District’s Academies of Racine Construction Pathway Program Advisory Board, the Build My Future SE Wisconsin Planning Committee, which is co-chaired by the Lakeland Builders Association and the Racine Kenosha Builders Association, and the Racine Kenosha Builders Association’s Scholarship Committee. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and a Master of Education in College Student Development degree from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
